helps to support various non-profit organizations such as: St. Judes Children's Hospital, Make a Wish Foundation and Oprah's Angel Network. Ten percent of your total dollars spent will go towards helping children and families across the globe. Postings of these contributions will be available at the end of each year, beginning in 2007. Ordering Information and Procedures
Online Ordering
This is the quickest and easiest way to order! Just click on the card of your choice, and we will walk you through the rest (step-by-step details shown below).
You will need a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card to place an online order with us. For your protection, Baby Biz Mementos uses an SSL secure server for all online transactions.
To pay with a check or money order, see “Orders by Mail” below.
Step-by-Step Online Ordering
- Click on an image or link in our Online Store to show the enlarged view and pricing of that item.
- Select the size, quantity range and desired quantity for the order you will be placing and then click the 'Add To Cart' button.
- To change your desired quantity, while viewing your shopping cart, re-enter the quantity you desire and click the 'Recalculate' button to update your cart.
- Once an item has been added to your cart, you will be able to type in all the information and changes to be made to your photo announcement in the appropriate box on the form. Please make sure you enter the information accurately and include: *Baby’s Name *Birth Date *Time of Birth if applicable *Weight & Height if applicable *Parent Names if applicable *Optional Choices if applicable *Wording *Other Revisions. Click on the “Go To Payments” tab to continue processing your order.
- You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received, within minutes following your submission. You will then be instructed to email your JPEG or PDF files to us at: pictures@babybizmementos.com or send the actual photos or CD by postal mail to:

- A proof will be sent to you by email within 1-2 business days of receiving your images. Final approval is required prior to production. Also see “Proofs” below for more information.

Photo Formats Accepted
JPEG – This is the preferred format. If your digital photo images have been downloaded directly from your camera, and have not been edited in any way, you will not need to do anything else to them, as JPEG is the default format.
PDF – If your digital photos have been edited in other programs, and you do not have the option to convert to a JPEG, use this format to save.
HARD COPY – Your actual photos are scanned at a very high resolution for optimal results. Please make sure you print your name, address and phone number on the backside of the photo if you wish to have them returned to you.
Proofs
Within 1-2 business days following receipt of your order you will receive an email proof. These are sent throughout the daytime and evening hours. Upon approval, we will begin processing your order. The processing time (2-3 business days) begins the day you approve your proof, not the day your order is received. If you are in a huge hurry, you have the option to forego the proofing process. You must send us a written consent indicating your desire to do so.
Please check your proof carefully! If there are any mistakes or missing information, we must be notified to make the corrections. Your approval gives us permission to print your announcements exactly as they are. If a new proof is required due to changes made after initial approval, a $15.00 charge will apply. Baby Biz Mementos is not responsible for any errors once we have received the approval and print the order accordingly.
Prices Include
Complete custom layout, scanning or loading of images, all graphic editing and enhancements, printing, and a white envelope for the 4”x6” announcements. Three extra envelopes for every 25-prints ordered are included with your order in case you make a mistake while addressing them.
Minimum Order
The minimum order of custom photo announcements or wallets is 25. This does not apply to reprints, please see below.
Ordering Reprints
If you find that you have run short of announcements or wallets, DON'T PANIC! We will keep your order on file for 45 days. During this time, you can ORDER AS MANY OR AS LITTLE REPRINTS as you need…NO MINIMUM REQUIREMENT! This service is not available through the online store. To initiate the processing of reprints, please call or email us.
Quality, Design and materials
All of our announcements are processed on state-of-the-art photo developing equipment…the same process used by professional photography studios, and come with a satin finish!
Error Free Guarantee
We are certain that you will be 100% satisfied with your baby's birth announcement, but should some evident flaw slip past our vigilant inspectors, we will promptly correct and replace your order…along with adding one dozen free wallets as an apology!
Changes and Cancellations
We will gladly make any changes you desire at no additional fees prior to receiving your proof approval (see “Proofs” for more details). Once you have placed your order with Baby Biz Mementos, there will be a $15.00 fee charged to cancel the order. After we have received your proof approval, or if you have chosen not to receive a proof, the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Baby Biz Mementos does not take returns on custom printed or custom produced items. If there is a mistake made on your item that differs from your order or your approved proof, our error free guarantee will be implemented. We guarantee the accuracy of your order, or your order will promptly be corrected. You may be asked to send your order back for us to examine.
Disclaimers
We do not guarantee the timelines of any shipping service. Baby Biz Mementos reserves the right to label the reverse side of the photo with their copyright, and coding information. You agree that Baby Biz Mementos shall not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising pursuant to any aspect of your order or the content of the information contained therein.
